It is with great pleasure and excitement, we invite you to the second conference on Innovations in Food Science & Technology 2019 to be held in Amsterdam, Netherlands between 25th and 27th June 2019. Food Industry plays a crucial role in the global economy, and is one of the most dynamic sectors across the globe. Global food industry demands economic and sustainable solutions for the process innovation, food ingredients, food formulation, food analysis and food safety leading a safe and sustainable supply chain.

The second edition of this conference will focus on polymer recycling, food personalisation, new protein sources & related technologies, food chain sustainability, innovative technologies, tailoring the function of the food, safety and reliability, start-up innovation, which are the most important issues for the food industry and the consumers. This event aims to strengthen the food professional community from industry and academia to discuss and deliberate the recent developments which can trigger innovation in technology, education and business creation. The conference is anticipated to attract over 300+ delegates (including scientists, start-up entrepreneurs, engineers, industry professionals, policy makers and students) from the world, with a large number of participants from Europe, Asia and Americas. The organisers promise highly stimulating sessions during innovations in Food Food Science & Technology for young scientists, senior scientists, industry professionals and very senior experts to deliver keynote addresses, oral presentations, flash presentations, poster presentations and exhibitor seminars. The conference will promote networking sessions and social programmes throughout the conference.
